We link the complete manufacturing history of your component to the original material manufacturer and material certificate, production process, inspection results and final delivery. Your finished component is identified with a unique serial number, giving you a clear traceability chain from material origin to the individual component supplied to you.
We document the quality of your components
MedTech quality requirements extend beyond the finished part. Our ISO 9001-certified quality management system, in-process controls, final inspection and measurement documentation support consistent and documented production quality. Where required, we provide FAI, PPAP, measurement reports, material certificates and other quality documentation according to your requirements.
Preparing for ISO 13485 certification
Our ISO 13485 certification process is currently in progress, reflecting our commitment to strengthening our quality management approach for medical technology and the requirements of customers operating in this industry.
