For high-volume production where efficiency, repeatability and a high level of automation are essential, STEVILA provides automated turning and turning-milling solutions designed for reliable series manufacturing.
Our automated turning capability combines Swiss-type CNC turning machines from Citizen and Miyano with Mori Seiki turning-milling automates, allowing us to efficiently produce high quantities of small and medium-sized precision components with consistent quality and stable production processes. Automated material handling and reduced operator intervention support efficient, repeatable production.
Our Swiss-type turning machines are suited to components up to Ø32 mm, while turning-milling automates can machine components up to Ø65 mm. Depending on the component and machining conditions, dimensional accuracy down to IT6 can be achieved.
Typical production batches range from 500 to 10,000 parts, making automated turning particularly suitable for components with stable geometry and recurring or high annual demand. Turning Automates are used for precision components in medical technology, laser and optics, transportation and defence, power and energy, metrology, industrial machinery and mechatronics.
