Robotized Milling for High-Volume Production
We manufacture complex and medium-complexity CNC-milled components in high-volume series, typically ranging from 500 to 10,000 parts. Robotic workpiece loading and unloading enables stable production cycles, high repeatability and efficient machine utilisation throughout longer production runs.
Automation helps reduce manual intervention and production costs, allowing us to offer competitive unit pricing while maintaining consistent quality across high-volume production.
Depending on the component geometry, dimensions, tolerances and production volume, we select the most suitable 3-, 4- or 5-axis CNC milling solution. Our robotized milling operations cover workpieces from approximately 30 × 30 × 30 mm up to 300 × 200 × 200 mm, with selected processes capable of achieving dimensional accuracy down to IT6.
