From precision components to large and heavy parts
Our manufacturing capabilities cover a wide range of component sizes and production requirements. We provide precision CNC turning and milling for medium-series production, as well as large-scale machining for components up to 6000×1500×2000 mm and weighing up to 10 tonnes. Our vertical turning capability supports components up to 2000 mm in diameter.

Complete manufacturing route
We can manage complex manufacturing requirements from machining through to additional processes. Alongside standard surface treatments, we coordinate heat treatment such as hardening, nitriding and carburizing, followed by final machining after heat treatment where required.

This allows us to manage more of the manufacturing route for your component and simplify coordination of external processes.

Dedicated capacity for medium-series production
Our dedicated CNC machining departments provide additional capacity for medium-series production, with CNC lathes and turning-milling centres for components up to 400 mm in diameter, and 5-axis, vertical and horizontal milling centres for components up to 850×850×650 mm.

Supply continuity
For customers requiring stable and predictable supply, we work with framework agreements and in-house safety stock. This helps us provide shorter and more stable delivery times and greater supply continuity.
