Materials: aluminium and aluminium alloys, stainless and structural steels, bronze, brass, plastics, titanium and other engineering materials according to your specifications.

Where required, we also manage specified surface treatments including anodizing, hard anodizing, SurTec 650, zinc or nickel plating and other specified finishes.

Precision you can measure
Our in-house measurement laboratory includes more than 4,500 calibrated measuring instruments and gauges. Our measurement capabilities include CNC coordinate measuring machines, contour and roundness measuring systems, surface roughness testers, precision height gauges and other inspection equipment.

This allows us to verify critical component characteristics and provide documented inspection results and measurement protocols where required.

Manufacturing and measurement under one roof
We combine precision CNC turning and milling with in-house measurement and quality control. Our production capabilities include CNC turning, CNC milling and complex 5-axis machining, supported by structured production planning and quality processes.

For metrology components, this integration allows manufacturing and dimensional inspection to work together throughout the production process.

Where required, we provide FAI, PPAP, measurement reports, material certificates and other quality documentation according to your requirements.
