We manufacture components with demanding dimensional and geometric requirements, supporting batch sizes typically from 200 to 2,000 parts and components up to 400 mm in diameter. Depending on the component and machining conditions, our processes can achieve dimensional accuracy down to IT6.

Precision and flexibility for medium-series production
Our DMG MORI / Mori Seiki and YCM CNC lathes and turning-milling centres allow us to select the appropriate machining solution according to component geometry, tolerances, material and production volume.
For complex components, turning-milling centres can combine multiple machining operations in a single setup where appropriate. This reduces additional handling and helps maintain dimensional consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
