CNC milling
STEVILA provides precision CNC milling for complex components with demanding dimensional and geometric requirements. Our 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining capabilities allow us to manufacture intricate geometries with high accuracy, repeatability and efficient process control.
Our CNC milling centres from DMG MORI / Mori Seiki, YCM and FANUC enable us to select the most suitable machining solution based on your component geometry, tolerances, dimensions and production volume.
5-axis machining allows multiple surfaces and complex geometries to be machined in a single setup where appropriate. This can reduce the need for additional setups, help maintain dimensional consistency and improve production efficiency - particularly for geometrically demanding components.
Depending on the component and machining conditions, we can achieve dimensional accuracy down to IT6. Our machining capability covers components with working dimensions of up to approximately 850 × 850 × 650 mm.
With typical batch sizes of 50–500 parts, our CNC milling capabilities are particularly suited to medium-series production of complex, high-precision components where dimensional consistency and repeatability are essential.
